How to create a new role

You can easily create a new role with customized permissions and add sub-users into it by doing these following steps

Go to VietnamWorks Employer site -> Hamburger menu -> Setting

Go to Roles in the navigation panel

In the Role list, click on Create a new role button

The Role form is open, select the permissions you want this role to have

Note:

  • Role’s name must be unique, maximum 50 characters
  • Role’s name cannot be like ‘Admin’ (admin, aDmin, ADMIN are not accepted)
  • You can create a role in which there is no permission
