Checking available rewards

1. Log in to the Employer account, open the menu at the top right corner, and go to the “My Membership” page

2. In the My rewards section, Customers can check the status of the rewards:

– Available: Rewards that are valid and have not yet been used

– Upcoming: Reward tickets for future events

– Used: Rewards that have already been fully redeemed

– Expired: Rewards that are no longer valid

– In the Requested section, Customers can track the status of the submitted reward redemption requests:

  • In Progress: Requests that are currently being processed.
  • Rejected: Declined requests due to unmet usage conditions. The Respective Consultant will contact Customers for further assistance.
  • Done: Requests that have been successfully completed.

How to redeem rewards

1. Log in to the Employer account, open the menu at the top right corner, and go to the “My Membership” page

2. On the My rewards interface, select “Use” for the reward Customers wish to use, then click “Confirm”

Depending on the type of reward, Customers will be taken to the relevant page to use it directly; or the redemption request will be sent to their Respective Consultant for further support.

Notes:

  • Rewards from the Customer Loyalty Program cannot be exchanged for cash, products, services, or other gifts.
  • Discount vouchers are not applicable for purchase orders using Online Payment method as well as not applicable for Advance Digital Recruitment services and Super Turbo services.

Reward expiration date

Once Customers meet the eligibility criteria to become a Customer Loyalty Program member, Customers will receive an email notification from VietnamWorks. Customers may start redeeming rewards immediately upon receiving this notification.

The expiration date of each reward is displayed in the My rewards section, next to Expires below each reward:
