“Competitive Analysis Report” is a new function that helps candidates get an overview and compare their resumes with the job posting and other candidates applied.
1. THE COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS REPORT OFFERS:
- Profile Matching Score: See how well your profile aligns with the job based on multiple criteria, and receive suggestions to make your application stand out.
- Comparison with Other Applicants: View how you rank against other candidates, including details like skills, education, and experience.
- Popular Salary Range: Instantly access statistics on common salary ranges for your chosen position based on VietnamWorks data.
- Hiring Demand Information: Understand the demand for similar roles in the market, helping you stay informed about recruitment trends and opportunities.
And many new features will be added in upcoming versions.
2. VIEW THE COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS REPORT OF THE JOB APPLIED?
- Go to My Jobs -> select “Applied jobs”.
- Then, you click “View Competitive Analysis“.
