When opening a job on VietnamWorks, If the “Apply Job” button is dimmed and cannot be pressed, it means that you have been added to the “Blacklist” by the employer. You cannot apply for any job from this employer.
Adding a candidate to the black list is a function for the employer to stop receiving the application from an undesired candidate. Therefore, the decision to add any candidate to the black list totally depends on the employer.
