I/ Users can request for guarantee on their job post directly on VietnamWorks
- Login to VietnamWorks for Employers
- Go to Jobs
- On Expired Job section, find the job post to request for guarantee
- Select Request Guarantee
- A Popup will appear to let user select the type of guarantee
- Select the desired option and click Confirm
- After being processed by the Customer Experience team, user will receive the guarantee options selected. Customers will receive an email notification when the request is done (Email subject: [VietnamWorks] Chương trình Đảm bảo Sự Hài lòng của Khách Hàng – Satisfaction Guarantee Program)
II/ Conditions for Guarantee Eligibility:
- VietnamWorks supports re-post 01 (one) time for the same position. For Customers of the “Customer Loyalty Program”, the guarantee policy of “Satisfaction Guarantee for Customer Loyalty Program” will be followed.
- Customers Request for Guarantee on Job Post on VietnamWorks within 15 (fifteen) days from the expired date of job posting.
- The Program does not apply to customers’ postings with the hiring quantity of 02 (two) people or more.
- The Program does not apply to customers’ postings with multiple positions or multiple job levels.
- The Program does not apply to customers’ postings using services or service combos listed for New Customers.
- The Program does not apply to customers’ postings using services which have been expressed as “not applicable” the guarantee under the Satisfaction Guarantee Program as stipulated in article 1 above.
- The Program does not apply to Customers in Headhunter and Executive Search Industry.
- The Customer must complete the payment in full at the time of the request for the Satisfaction Guarantee Program.
