1. Post a Job on VietnamWorks: Employers are encouraged to use the 1-click post job feature for a seamless experience.
2. Automatic Candidate Suggestions: Once the job is successfully posted, the system will automatically redirect employers to the “Candidates Recommendation” page.
3. Manual Access to Recommendations: Alternatively, after posting a job, employers can navigate to their “Jobs List” and click on “See more relevant CVs” to access the recommended candidates.
