Candidate Report – Current Status

I/ Overview

This report presents to you the current proportions of all application’s status, in a job or for all jobs you have posted

By clicking on parts of the pie chart, you will see the number of candidates of a status at the moment, and the portion of it compared to the rest.

You can also include/exclude a status from the pie chart by selecting it in the list on the right side. Disabling a status means excluding it from the calculation, hence all other percentages will be re-generated.

Note: 

• If you select one job, Check qualification will be broken down into smaller rounds, which set up in the hiring process for the job

• If you select all jobs, regardless of how many rounds in step 3 an application has gone through, the system will only record 1 time in the Check Qualification step.
  The report will only take into accounts jobs that are posted within the last 24 months
