New category of Job Function and Industry includes more detailed Job Functions and Group Job Functions, as well as Industry to Job and Company. The new category helps the employers to post jobs in a more precise category, as well as filter for more suitable candidates when searching for resumes.
Post Job
The Post Job process is the same, only a little adjustment when choosing category:
- Before: Choose 3 job categories
- After improvement: Choose 1 category of Job Function and 1 category of Industry.
Please note that your company’s industry is pre-filled in job post editor, you can always change to the most suitable industry for your job post. This change does not affect your company’s industry and other job posts’ industry.
After posting, when job seekers filter the job list, your job post will display your job will appear following the chosen job function and industry.
Search Resumes
The search flow and other actions are kept the same, only improvement in the filter:
- Add Job Industry filter, employers can select max 3 items in this filter
- Replace Category to Job Function Filter, employers can select max 3 items in this filter
