What is this feature for?
Following the Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP on E-commerce, VietnamWorks carries out Customer Account Identification for all Employers prior to provision of services. So that, Employers need to provide the relevant information and support documents to complete the process.
How to use?
1. On the Check out flow
Step 1: If the employer has not had the legal information recorded in VietnamWorks system, when employer proceed to check out page, a pop up will appear asking employer to fill legal entity information.
Step 2: Employer fills in the form. Make sure to provide correct information and all required fields need to be filled
Step 3: Employer clicks on “Submit” button to continue the Check out flow
2. On Company information flow
Employer can also update the legal entity information on Company Information.
Step 1: Click on Legal Information under Company Information, if the employer has legal entity information recorded, the form with filled information will appear.
If the employer has not had legal entity information recorded, the bank form will appear to fill.
Step 2: Employer fills in the form. Make sure to provide correct information and all required fields need to be filled.
Step 3: Employer clicks on “Submit” button to continue to save the information

Q1: What is the definition of each business type?

Q2: Can I change the legal information I have submitted?
You can change the information but you need to contact VietnamWorks’s Customer Service team for support.
Q3: I have submit the legal information but there is some missing info. What is happening?
Our operation team is working to process your information after you submitted. The information will appear fully after some business days.
