The storage period of candidates’ resumes on VietnamWorks is listed below:
By Jobs: 24 months after the jobs online
By Resume Search:
- 60 days after the resume search package expired: Apply for other packages
- 90 days after the resume search package expired: Apply for Resume Search 1 – 30 days, 100 Credits and Resume Search 3 – 90 days, 300 Credits.
After the storage period, employers cannot find the resumes of candidates who had applied to their jobs, or the completed resumes from resume search packages in their accounts on VietnamWorks. For longer storage, employers should download candidates’ resumes to their personal devices as PDF files.
