View history of Resume Search Package

1. Login to VietnamWorks employer website.

2.  Click on “Orders” => “Order List“.

3. Go to “Order List“ => “Expired“, the site will list all Resume Search Packages that have been used.

* Click on “View Report” in the “Action” column of Resume Search Package you need to check. The screen will display information about the package view records, including the Remaining Credits, Activated Date , Expired Date, and Credits you have used each day.

5. Click on  “Export to Excel” to download the report file to your device.

Or click the “Export to Excel” button in the left corner of the screen

6. The saved file will be shown as:

  • Reports will be exported in an old format for Profile Search packages activated before June 6, 2024, exactly as follows:

  • Reports will be exported in a new format for Profile Search packages activated from June 6, 2024 onwards, as illustrated below:
