After using the credits to view the contact information, you can report the wrong contact profiles and be refunded the used credits.
I/ How to report:
1.Login to VietnamWorks for Employers. On head, go to “Search candidates”.
2. Go to View details.
3. Buy the contact information by the credits.
4. Check the contact information of the profile. If the information is incorrect and cannot be contacted, click the button “Report wrong contact info”.
5. Select the desired options and click “Submit” to send request.
6. After request is submitted that the Customer Experience team will process and give result within 8 working hours.
7. Follow-up and get results in “Request management” in the “Account Setting”.
II/ Conditions for Report wrong contact info and Refund credits:
1. Report for wrong contact info and refunding credits only apply to profiles which have been purchased by credits before.
2. Report for wrong contact info and refunding credits only apply once during the expired day of the search candidate package and profile.
3. Report for wrong contact info and refunding credits only apply to profiles which have at least one of two reasons: incorrect email address or incorrect phone number.
4. VietnamWorks only supports refunding credits for profiles which are incorrect and not contacted.
The right to verify and make decision base on the authenticity of the information belongs to VietnamWorks.
