I. How to create a form on VietnamWorks

“Form” is a feature that helps employers to collect the employees’  personal information by sending them a set of necessary questions. As a result, the HR department can process and complete the employee information profiles effectively.

1. Visit the VietnamWorks employer website.

2. In the title bar, click the “Onboarding” tab.

3. Select the sub-tab “Form“.

4. The form creating page appears, continue clicking the ‘Create now’ button.

5. On the next screen, you can customize to add or remove questions for your candidates based on the available questions detailed by VietnamWorks. You can also check the ‘Required‘ box to define the required questions for candidates.

6. Once you’re done editing, save your changes by clicking the ‘Save’ button.

or you can also preview what the employee information form will look like by clicking the ‘Preview’ button.

7. This will be the interface the employee will see when you submit.

II. How to create onboarding document requests on VietnamWorks

“Request onboarding documents” is a feature that helps employers to collect employees’ information effectively by requesting them to send the necessary documents  (i.g personal portrait, id number, NI number, etc.). Hence, after employees fulfill those requests, the HR department is now able to complete the employee information profiles and documents effectively.

1. Visit the VietnamWorks employer website.

2. In the title bar, click the “Onboarding” tab.

3. Select the sub-tab “Onboarding documents“.

4. The page to create an onboarding document request will appear, continue to click the ‘Set up now’ button.

5. On the next screen, you can customize more or fewer requirements for your employees based on the list of available document templates detailed by VietnamWorks. You can create up to 10 different types of documents to send to your employees.

Once you’re done editing, save your changes by clicking the ‘Save’ button.
